If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry — we’re here to provide you with a smooth and caring return or exchange experience.
Return & Exchange Eligibility and Procedures
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be new, unworn, and undamaged, and returned with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and certificates.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and all customized or engraved products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping & Fees
- All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (such as a change in style, size, or preference):
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and A small restocking or handling fee may apply.
- Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
Return Notice
- Our return facility is located in New Delhi, India.
- Please do not send packages to the original shipping address, as they will be refused.
- Always contact Digital.Triuvae@gmail.com to obtain the correct return address.
- To ensure safe delivery, please avoid using sensitive words such as “jewelry” on shipping labels.
- Triuvae is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect labeling or carrier handling.
Certificate Policy
- Some jewelry pieces come with an authenticity certificate or gemstone grading report.
- Please make sure to return the certificate together with the item.
- If the certificate is missing or not returned, a replacement certificate fee will be deducted from your refund (the amount depends on the certificate type).

To help us process your request efficiently, please include:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Clear photos of the product and its tag
- Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide further guidance.
- Triuvae reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Refunds, Exchanges & Final Sale Terms
Refunds
- Once we receive and confirm that the returned item meets our conditions, we will issue a store credit or exchange within 5–7 business days.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available depending on product availability.
- If there is a price difference, we will adjust the balance accordingly using store credit or additional payment.
Final Sale & Custom Orders
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns and exchanges. These items are sold at a special price and cannot be returned for store credit. Please review all product details and size information carefully before purchasing.
- Custom-made items are also not eligible for returns or exchanges, as they are crafted specifically for you.
