Cleaning and Polishing Services

We recommend bringing your jewels to a Triuvae boutique annually to have them professionally inspected and restored to their original splendor.

After a careful inspection, our experts may recommend:

  • Simple Cleaning: For routine care and removing minor residues.
  • Ultrasonic Cleaning: A deep clean for specific materials.
  • Polishing: To effectively remove superficial scratches and preserve your piece's shine and longevity.
  • Rhodium Plating: For white gold jewels, the polishing service includes rhodium plating (where applicable) to enhance the metal's brilliant finish.

Quality Inspection: For every service performed, a professional inspection is conducted to ensure that every stone is safely set and that functional parts, such as clasps and safety locks, work properly.

Personalization Services

Engraving

Personalize your Triuvae jewel by engraving a name, a date, or a message on the precious metal. This service is performed by an expert jeweler and is subject to technical constraints and space availability on the specific piece.

  • Requesting Engraving: This is a discretionary service offered by the Triuvae Online Store if requested at the time of purchase or within one month of purchase. Personalization offered as an e-commerce exclusive must be requested at the time of purchase and may not be available in Triuvae boutiques later.

Re-sizing

This service involves increasing or reducing the size of a ring, bracelet, necklace, or chain within strict limitations to preserve its aesthetic integrity, comfort, and quality.

  • Note: Due to their unique design, some jewels cannot be re-sized. Please consult with our Triuvae experts for advice and specific resizing specifications for each model.

Earring Adjustments

We offer specialized services to ensure the perfect fit and comfort of your earrings:

  • Clip Adjustment: The clip tension and gap can be adjusted to increase or decrease the hold on the earlobe.
  • Posts: Posts can be added or removed on most earring models.

Repair Service

Your jewel is a precious creation, and proper care will preserve its shine over time.

  • Inspection & Assessment: If your jewel suffers a shock, a hit, or if you notice any signs of damage, you must refrain from wearing it until it has been expertly examined at one of our Customer Care locations.
  • Restoration: Our experts will carefully inspect the stone settings, clasp functionality, and aesthetic details. Missing components may be replaced, and broken parts may be repaired or reconstructed to restore the original beauty of your Triuvae jewel.
  • Quotation: Once the necessary service has been assessed, you will receive a quotation. Upon your acceptance, the service will be carried out as quickly as possible.
